The buyer has the right to return the products without reason within 14 days of receipt, according to GEO 34/104. The buyer has the right to return the products purchased from the ktm-motorcycles.hr online shop within 14 days of receiving the receipt. According to the legislation in force, the right of withdrawal is applicable to natural persons. The right of withdrawal can only apply to products delivered by courier. Products ordered through special orders, external orders, orders for which a deposit has been paid and which have been brought specially at the customer's request, cannot be returned. If the customer returns products ordered in advance, the seller may keep up to 100% of the deposit given by the customer.

We don’t accept returns for:

Products with unauthorised intervention, those with signs of wear and excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, products with missing accessories.

Damaged or missing identification labels

Used, scratched, damaged, incomplete equipment with wear marks, scratches, dents, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates. We reserve the right to accept the return or to retain part of the value of the product, which will be communicated after the damage has been assessed. We also reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of proven abuse according to GEO 34/2014 Art 14(3).

Products without original components or accessories

Packages with a return amount on the shipping label. The return costs will be fully borne by the Buyer and the refund of the value of the product accepted for return will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return at our premises.

In the case of a return for which "Parcel in exchange" is requested, the transport charge will be according to the price of the fan courier (tour parcel, return parcel).

We recommend that products are returned in their original undamaged packaging with specific labels and inscriptions intact and returned for sale.

In case the conditions for the return of the products are not met, the return fee of the rejected product is borne by the buyer.

Damage to products during transport due to improper packaging in the case of a product return will result in the refusal to receive the parcel and therefore the refusal of the return.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of the product as second hand or, at the customer's option, we will return the product at the customer's expense. This clause applies according to GEO 34/2014 Art. 14 (3) in case of purchase of products from this website using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in GEO 34/2014.

If several products of the same type have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.

How to return products sold

Returning the purchase will imply returning the product within the specified period, with all accessories and together with the undamaged packaging.

Step 1: Fill in the return form

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Step 2: Send the product to ath-moto.hu In the package you must enclose the printed return form, the original warranty certificate and a copy of the purchase invoice.

We recommend that you send the parcel with the completed return form to facilitate the processing of the return. You may make any other unequivocal statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract, sent on a durable medium, e.g. by e-mail, to office@ath-moto.hu

Before sending the product, please make sure that a label with the following information is affixed to the parcel: Sender: Name Surname Address: Str. Nr. City and County Consignee: ATH MOTO Ungaria, ath-moto.hu Return number: **

Repayment of money

Once the products have been accepted for return, the money will be refunded to a bank account mentioned by the customer in the form, within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product.

Replacement or return of money

Depending on the buyer's choice, the money from the cancellation of returned products can be used to pay for another product or can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product by ATH MOTO Ungaria, to the account indicated on the form.

To make the bank transfer you need to specify the IBAN account number, the name of the account holder and the PIN (Personal Identification Number).

NOTE - The IBAN account must belong to the person/company in whose name the invoice was issued!

The refund of the value of the returned products can also be made in cash upon delivery of the products to our ktm-motorcycles.hr office.

Steps to follow: - Mandatory attachment of the invoice (copy) and the product warranty certificate (original).

The product warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase. All products sold on our website benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force LG 449/2003; OG 21/1992 R (2) and manufacturers' commercial policies. The products are new, in original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer. In the case of warranty certificates issued by manufacturers, the product claimed to be defective during the warranty period must be presented directly to the nearest showroom mentioned in the certificate. This centre authorised by the manufacturer will take full responsibility for the settlement of the warranty. The lack of the product warranty certificate must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to office@ath-moto.hu .

Product delivery policy:

Delivery of products purchased online is free.

The Seller shall ensure proper packaging of the Goods and shall ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents. The Seller shall deliver the Goods and Services only on the territory of Slovenia. The Buyer will receive upon delivery for each good covered by the warranty, a warranty certificate with all the details of the service center that provides repairs during the warranty period.

The right of ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the Buyer at the location indicated in the Order (i.e. delivery - signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the invoice in case of deliveries made).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The power stated in the technical specification of the vehicle refers strictly to the constructive power that can be developed by the engine when used exclusively in an off-road environment (international model without homologation). The choice of an ATV/UTV model in a particular type approval (T1B/T3B/L7e) may in some cases lead to differences between the design power declared by the Manufacturer and the type approval, developed by the vehicle (due to power limitation at the factory, in order to comply with the regulations in the field).

ATH MOTO Ungaria delivers units to customers in compliance with the legal requirements in this field, in the sense that our company cannot be held responsible for the customer's subsequent decision to make modifications (to limit the power of the purchased vehicle).
